Jornada 720 Memory Upgrade shows that the J720 Rom/Ram board can be upgraded to 128MB for use with Linux.
I'm planning to to down this route having ordered the Samsung K4S511632C-KC75 ram from aliexpress.
My question is would the extra ram also be seen in Wince, or at least 64MB as per the J728.
Or Is the memory initialisation different in the J720 and hardwired in the rom to only see 32MB?
Obviously I could just replace the entire rom/ram board with a J728 version to get 64MB in Wince, but I'm curious if this will work.
