| I have no idea. As I say, I'm going by the info at that first link. Try it, if it rejects the driver you know it isn't. |

| Look, I found this card, it's supposed to be a modem.
For some time, I've been thinking about getting one of those old phones that plug into my PC.
Since I have so many contacts in the Outlook address book, I thought about using the telephone, calling people directly with the PC.
I wonder, if it is possible with this card, but I think yes, even if at the time I never used it, to use a telephone to make calls.

Or is there another way to use the phone?
Obviously I have to find one in good condition and working! |

| I thought you said you were out of slots? Hence why you couldn't add USB 2.0 because you were adding ethernet.
Yes though, if you have the drivers, it'll fit. |

I think if you connect the modem with RJ-11 cable to the phone jack, and use the application called Phone Dialer it will enable your Windows 95 machine to dial to a phone. (I don't know if it works in 2022 but it should. ) Edited by stingraze 2022-05-30 3:11 AM

No, I said I have one free left and I was thinking of putting the LAN, USB 2 didn't interest me. XD Then on the shelves I found this card!
Practically Does the RJ-11 cable go to the input of the "Line" card is that of the telephone on "Phone"? Edited by NarakuITA 2022-05-30 8:57 AM

| Line goes from the the wall to the PC, phone goes from the PC to a handset. |

| The memory arrives by tonight or tomorrow. I was wondering, if once installed, the memory is recognized automatically.
I remember that on old PCs, the right parameters had to be entered in the Bios. I don't know if that's the case even for this PC IBM. |

| Exciting!
Yes, it should appear just fine. Older hard drives had to be manually entered on very old systems. |
