So in theory, as mentioned before, however, I should be able to use the Nvidia GeForce 4 TI-4200 video card or at most NVIDIA GeForce4 MX420, just because they don't have an external power connector? Shouldn't they need a lot of energy to work ?!

PCI's power is limited by the PCI specification. If the card needs more power than the PCI specification can provide, the computer crashes. It's not a very useful GPU if it does that...

So is it possible to know how much energy it uses? So I avoid wasting money!

Exact power requirements are hard to find on some old cards. Neither of the power requirements are listed on techpowerup.
techpowerup.com - Geforce4 TI 4200
techpowerup.com - Geforce4 MX 420

A member in this thread suggests a minimum of 300w for the TI 4200:

You'll just have to take a chance. The more powerful the card the more power it is going to take.

Alternatively, if you're interested in messing around a bit with the wires, it seems like some people at Vogons have managed to replace the proprietary PSU with a standard ATX one:

You can't compare the spec of the AGP (48-110w) version with the PCI (25w) version.

Find the manual.

I contacted a professional vendor for the video card I wanted to get. From what he told me, the power supply I have is not enough (and I was already told here). I also don't have an AGP slot as my machine only has ISA and PCI slots (And this too was already told to me here). Therefore the Nvidia GeForce 4 TI-4200 cannot be used.
Furthermore, to improve the 3D of the games it is essential to combine a Voodoo video card, and I have no space to insert it, obviously I don't care.
However, more powerful PCI video cards than mine are hard to find.
The only one it has is the following:

Do you know others or better let it go?

I am pretty sure I already covered what the fastest PCI GPU's were several weeks ago.

I am pretty sure I already covered what the fastest PCI GPU's were several weeks ago.

No we have not discussed other video cards, here I initially only asked for opinions on these two video cards, Nvidia GeForce 4 TI-4200 and NVIDIA GeForce4 MX420. In the end we came to the conclusion that the power supply was not able to support these video cards and perhaps they were not compatible as they were AGP and not ISA or PCI, confirmed by the dealer, who recommended the only available Matrox Millenium G450.
So currently I am wondering if it is worth taking a Matrox Millenium G450 (As I have a matrox mystique 220) or that another more powerful and compatible PCI card, but above all sustainable from my 90W power supply.

Unless you did it in the other discussion, which became long and I don't remember ... then I apologize! I do not remember!

It was in the other thread.

The 220 is a 1997 card with up to 8MB, the 450 a 2000 card with up to 32MB. It's a small bump forward.

So the best advice is a Matrox Millenium G450.
Question, did I get a 256MB PCI RADEON X550 under my eyes.
A 64MB ATI RADEON 7000 and a GeForce 8400GS and a 128MB NVIDIA GeForce 6200 . They are all PCI, I think they are too powerful, right?

Perhaps the ATI RADEON 7000 64mb is more feasible?

The dealer told me that the 64mb ATI RADEON 7000 consumes 23W, being one of those cards that went with the first generation pentiums.
From the description it is a VGA, DVI, PCI. What do you think?

@NarukITA PCI and PCI-E are two different standards.

Wait which video cards are PIC-E? These I deduce that they are not compatible with the slots I have?
