| Been trying to get mindterm working. I finally got it to run. However, as soon as it runs, I get a popup screen with the license agreement and I don't seem to be able to close it! Any hints? Thanks!

| Here's a few thoughts......
Maybe there is a scroll bar so that you can scroll down through the text? Sometimes you have to scroll through all the text before a button activates that would let you agree to the terms and close the window.
If no scroll bar, can you try using the down arrow, if there's one on your keyboard (I don't know what device you have....).
Try clicking on your return key.
Is the license agreement window larger that your display? If so, maybe the accept button is hidden from view below.

| I think your last statement is correct, the window is too large for the screen so the button is hidden. I've hit every key on the keyboard and nothing happens. I also tried emptying the license.txt file in the jar archive in case it was scrolling down and it displays the same size window but with whatever you put in license.txt.
I don't guess there's a Windows CE shortcut for "close window" I don't know about, is there?
p.s. I've read the code that creates this dialog and it just appears to be a standard java.awt.Dialog, extended a bit to have default focus (to "No", in this case)

| p.s. I found out the exact versions of Java & Ant this was built with, going to try installing and re-building without that popup. |

I think I made a mistake. I put these up too soon. I didn’t realize there were some differences with the one that C:Amie added that it’s not really CE specific. We can delete those, C:Amie. I didn’t mean to waste time. I just had found them on archive.org |

| I don't know torch, 2.4.2 is not CE specific either. In order to get it working, you have to take what's in the SCL and modify it (per the instructions). I'm going to play with the new versions you uploaded also. I'll report back on that.

| OK, got 2.4.2 running with popup removed. It's pretty slow and has a few minor issues though (the main window is too tall [might be able to fix that one], also suggest that you change the CE instructions a bit to mention that if you're running java from your CF card, the folder should be created at [CF Card]\Java\mindterm instead of at \Program Files\Java\mindterm) |
