HP 360LX update

Hi All. Since I just found my 25yo HP 360LX in a old box I decided to see if any use. So I'm new to the site and forum.
I decided to try the update with the HPC Factor updates and service packs. I've down loaded the exe files. Put them on a SD card which I'm able to see and use on my 360. But when I double tap to launch any I get a message ".. is not a valid Win CE application".
Am I doing somethin wrong?

@steves1749 how did you get on with the app install and the 360?

Also I would use 7zip if possible to extract the .cab files to directly install to the 360. I don’t recall if the hpcfactor download is solely the host installer or if they have a direct .cab install (that you can use to directly copy/ install to device using the cf card you mentioned)
You’ll need the sh3 cab because that’s the processor your device uses
