I installed this spectacular game on Windows 95. It works perfectly, I have the CD version. Once installed and set the sound and keyboard buttons, only one problem remains, I don't understand how to enable the mouse, like today's normal FPS.
Now the mouse is set to go forward and backward and move sideways, but I don't want to use it like that. I want it to look around, not move.
How can I do? Does anyone remember how to change the settings? A thousand thanks!

There’s a wide variety of Windows versions. Can you try an early windows version that’s compatible with Windows 95 perhaps?
I don’t know if the performance will be worse but worth giving a try
You should just be able to drop in the data files

You can press 'u' to enable mouse aiming. Or you can get this instead: https://www.eduke32.com/

Thanks, using "U" I can use the mouse.
But it's reversed. Do you know how to turn off inverted controls?
My PC is unable to run this program: eduke32. It's not powerful enough.

I have Windows 95 OSR 2.5 version.
thenzero's suggestion to use the "U" key works but the mouse is reversed. I don't know how to disable inverted controls.

Does this work?

Quote

If it's the original Duke Nukem (not atomic edition) all you have to do is go to setup, control settings and move the slider for the mouse y-axis to one of the extremes. If you have atomic edition you only have to check "invert mouse" in setup.

I looked in the setups, but I didn't find that option.

Wait try going into mouse sensitivity. Is there a setting in there to play with?

You can only set the mouse sensitivity. Nothing else ... I do not understand yet there should be a way to reverse the mouse.
If the Atomic version is better is it possible to install it on Windows 95?
