Glad you’re getting closer
Side note, have you tried tcpmp?
That program lets you play a bunch of formats. Not as pretty as winamppaq mind you

No havent tried it yet (will look it up), im continuing investigating what that remaining dll error can be. I try to run executability check
but it opens up and closes directly (no error messages) i can see the program window for about 0,5sec then it dissapears.
Do i have the wrong version?

I've had some issues with Executability Check in CE 5 too. An alternative is karpour's Windows CE PE Info:

https://github.com/HPC-Factor/windows-ce-pe-info

There's also an older tool with the same name (PEInfo). The ARM version is below. I've added all its versions to the SCL:

Another program for dependencies I’ve also used is
Tronik Run from this utility pack @watamario15 found

https://www.hpcfactor.com/scl/1905/Unknown_or_not_specified/TroNik_U...
Not sure how it compares to PEInfo.

Thanks!

Peinfo.exe (the zip file you provided) seems to work, got a bunch of info from winampaq.exe, did not see any dll-related info though.
Is there a way to extract only dll-related info?

Unless I'm mistaken, it covers function calls below that for each of those DLLs.

Ok, that seems fine then.

I ran in_wm_ppc.dll in PEinfo and it told me that atlce300.dll is not accessible
so i downloaded that from monex's site and put into /windows
Now that DllFail window was replaced with "Error! in_wm_ppc"
could that be a step forward?

Update: deleted in_wm_ppc.dll from /plugins dir
and now i don't have any error/dllFail when i start WinamPAQ.

One funny thing that has been a problem from the beginning is that if i touch outside the buttons in WinamPAQ
the program closes down, so you have to have a steady hand when changing songs, adjusting volume etc
and this affects only the main window, not the equalizer or playlist windows..

But could be because it's a beta version
