As long as it also build for 2.11 then count me in! if not ... I'll retract my vote

please don't. you might get a nice hpc2000 device in the future

me too! 300 dollars is too much for a jornada 720 right now!

Just think... MS-DOS on an HPC. That's just one tiny step closer to getting HPCs to run PC apps. All of those old games, Rouge, Nethack, Qbasic, hey! I wonder if you could run Win3.1 in DosBox. I'm going to try that on my PC tommorrow.

erm, you need to read this:
http://www.hpcfactor.com/reviews/editorial/bochs-2-1-1/

and then you need to visit pocketdos.com

and then we all need to beta test pDOSBox

I am DEFINITELY interested. My preference would be that the port include support for 800 x 600 HPC2000 MIPS devices since I have one.

Oh, come on, people! There are over 900 members here and yet only 34 people have voted.

I've seen a few for a lot less on eBay. And I just got a MP790 for $150.

Just the same, though, I agree that it'd be nice for this app to work on CE 2.

I just publish news about HPCFACTOR editorial at ZONA HANDHELD.
We add our support on editorial.

I just re-post these petitions on HI-PDA(Chinese) and HANDY.RU(Russian) HPC forums:

With the greatest of respect, I still fail to see what on earth a poll will achieve.

If you're a developer, you develop something - particularly open source - because you will use it, and you share it because others might use it and possibly improve it which you might end up using too

Personally, I couldn't give a stuff if just me uses an application I develop or whether it's picked up by the massed throngs. I develop stuff that I will use, and if someone else enjoys it then it's a bonus, but it doesn't mean that I won't develop something if only I will use it.

Just develop it, ask for help in coding or alpha testing, publicise when it's available for public beta, and keep enthusiastic about the project

I hope you take this in the spirit it's meant: don't just ask about it, get started! The interest is definitely there, so go for it. And if you need a hand, you know that there's a lot of people keen to see this who may want to help...

Good luck!
Nick.
