| The_Chief,
Apologies, chaotic week here. I'll try and get on later. |
|
|
|
| Yeah, hectic here too, I know how you feel!
C:Amie your time is my time, I know my patience will pay off with a functioning HPC Explorer so I'll be ready when you are |

| Just another option to consider: Do you have any NT4, 95, 98, or ME Windows discs lying around? If so, you can download Microsoft's now freeware Virtual PC 2004, and install one of those OS's in it and install HPC Explorer in it.. That's what I did... |

| The_Chief,
I'm trying here, too many people after too little C:Amie
Keep dropping me PM's so that I don't forget. The time zone is the biggest pain |

| I should be on for a bit this evening. |

| Thanks all, I really don't want any other OS on the machine than the one, no partitions or anything fancy. No need to do $100 worth of work to make a $15 HPC function but I do hope you folks can help, thanks |

| I'll be on and off all day today, and probably the same for the rest of the week. Just grab me.
When you checked in earlier I was in the server room |

| C:Amie, I want to sincerely thank you for the adventure you endured in helping me set up my Hitachi HPW-10 HPC to talk to my WinXP machine. I STILL don't know what exactly you did... but that's what makes you the expert. Your service was invaluable, and I celebrated today by composing a blog entry on the go and then moving it to my PC for editing/post.
F R E E D O M !
All my thanks again for your help. You have my vote as best HPC site out there. I look forward to enjoying this site for a long time to come! |
