This is a bit of an embarrassing question, but does anyone know where I can find a newbie-readable and above all /recent/ howto on how to install Linux on a SimPad SL4?

I've tried the Opensimpad site, but frankly consider it a mess: on the one hand it is full of warnings on the horrors that can be inflicted on your SimPad if things go wrong, but on the other hand there appears no decent, step-by-step howto to be found on how to get Linux on the SimPad. Which is kind of daft...

I'm really not at all interested in developer-style stuff, just a manual on the level of "stick peg A in hole B".

I do remember that there was a thread I wrote on flashing to CE4.1 for the SL4. It should have enough info on how to get to linux as well. s e a r c h
