720 and windows mobile smartphone 2003

I can't get the Infrared to transfer files to the windows mobile smartphone or the phone to 720. I can get my Pocket PC to work with the 720 and I can get the phone to work with the Pocket PC. But the phone to 720 will not work

Any Ideas

I will get my Smartphone 2003 at the end of January.

I would really like to be able to beam stuff between that and the 728

Anyone else tried it?

p.s. this should be in the H/PC 2000 section instead. moderator?
