| I've purchased an registered ArtSKey 4.1+(CE) from ArtSoft. Then I wanted to test if ArtSPen works - I did not really want to have it, but I had to pay for it because it is supposed to be in the package. When I tried to install it, the installation was refused saying that I need "Plus" instead of "ArtSPen". The instructions on their Web pages are confusing, their sales/support does not answer.
The situation got even worse when I did a hard reset in order to install everything from scratch. Although I have legal PIN and Activation code (They have a very very very complicated mechanism to avoid piracy) my ArtSKey remains in demo mode. Does someone have any experience with ArtSoft's software? How can I run ArtSPen? How can I re-install ArtSKey? | |

| Did you/were you online during the installation?
-Don't go immediately for a hard reset when you have a problem, it doesn't always help. | |

| A bit too late... Anyway, there must be a simple way how to install one single purchased and registered regular copy on same one single device. At least, I suppose there must be a way! | |

| I have managed somehow the installation and re-installation problems. But one thing is still open. Does someone know how to run ArtSPen or Plus? I was told from the support that computer should have asked me if I wanted to activate Plus. Well, in at least 20 repetitions of the installation (with some variations) I was never asked if I wanted to. Any experience? | |
