There are quite a lot of Linux / Unix / *Bsd mod's out there, but one thing they all have in common is for the host computer to be the same as the planned install.
The WIndows Installer
(MobiLinux
) installs Linux to removable storage on Windows 2000 or better. At first it was only for JLime, but now its for all the distributions. The new homepage is:

If you have a distribution you want to be available via the installer please follow the instructions given on the development page titled "Creating A ML Image".
