Aw, man, I hate it when one of us gets in the way of another member winning something on eBay. Sorry, SueNY. I was feeling so good about my deal, and just assumed that no one else here was looking for it at the moment. By all means, don't pay what the other vendor is asking right now. I had put it on my search list, and have also been checking Handheld Software on a daily basis. There'll definitely be more chances; I missed some other good deals (like Jake's) before I got this one.

Don't worry about it! By the time I was able to get online the auction had been ended over an hour. I'm sure there'll be more!

That's why he's got his own forum.

SueNY: There will be more deals like that - I have no doubt.

On a scale of 1 -10 (Low-High) how would you rate the games on the Entertainment Pack?

Here is my vote!

Blackjack - 8
Hearts - 8
Freecell - 7
Chess - 7
Mine Swapper - 7
Sink the Ships - 6
Code Brealer - 6
Taipei - 6
Space Defense - 4
Reversi - 1

I agree with John's ratings on most of the apps, but I would rate the chess program more like a 5 - tried it soon after installation, and it's a little stronger than I expected, but I still beat it without breathing hard. Not exactly Pocket Fritz 2, which is at least master strength. ('Course, I paid $50 for that program a couple of years ago, but I'd pay it again in a minute.)

I keep all my serial and PID codes in an encrypted file in my safe for just such emergencies. Bad luck and all

You lost the serial number before you even installed it on your H/PC or desktop?

How does this happen?
