You sound annoyed that I suggested he search the board for your posts?

Applemaster,
Which wisbar release are you using & version number. If you're not sure details of the download location would do the trick.

it is mfc based but this error message can refer to anything, not just mfc. of course in this case it is probably because of mfc.
for example if you hexedit the executable totally randomly you will get the same message. basically the system could not execute it properly.

could you, C:Amie, possibly help me with the modification of the WisBar files on mine, which is running the same OS as yours (HPC 2000), that allowed you to get yours to work with the Longhorn (Vista) skin?

that would be much appreciated!

I'm starting to think it has something to do with the Intel XScale processor. i've heard they are technically "strong" ARM processors, but it seems like this is the only type that most applications, which usually run on the MIPS processors, won't run on. is there anyone else who has gotten apps such as WisBar and GigaBar installed on their MP900 and had them run properly?

idk, i'll just try something else...

I got WisBar installed on it...it says:

"WisBarAdv2" is not a valid Windows CE application.

I got this along with some others that i put on there. I'm at a loss of resources. How did you get WisBar on your's?
