"Meeting Minutes" Software?

Hello. I'd like to find a better way to manage all the meetings I attend here at work. I'd like a software package that allows me to take notes, and on a note-by-note basis, assign (either to myself or an attendee) tasks to the notes. I'd like both the notes and the tasks to sync with Outlook.

Any ideas?

I don't myself know of anything specificly written for the task, but will HPC Notes do what you need:

The Outlook Sync engine is only available in the Standard version, Pro has its own Host app.
