i have a clio 1000. it is quite fast compared 2 to its cpu frequency in theory, about 84mhz. but only fast when considering its original hw specs.
i have a few hpc pros. it is probably one of the slowest ones. of coz, other hpc pros that i own and owned is newer model with faster CPU. so u know....
the fastest hpc pro
(in benchmarking and actual use
) is Sharp HC-aj1 with a BMQ score of 26x. i said, it is not only fast in benchmarking, the actual performance also delivers.
FYI, NEC MP880 with 168mhz cpu and 32M ram achieved a score of 17x in BMQ and CLio 1000 about 15x.
http://www.pinaxgroup.com/ still has the sp1 for clio 1000. it may be of use to ya if sharp can also use this update.
the upgrade for 32m could be pricey, still u can still grab one. so grab a c1050 if u can
