| Hello,
I have had a HP 620LX with Windows CE 2.0 for a while now. I have got a NetGear MA401RA Wireless PCMCIA card for my laptop, and am seeing about getting it working on the palmtop. Firstly, I need to know how to install drivers, and secondly I need to know how to configure things like WEP, etc. Thanks,
James Stanley |

| Check the Hardware Compatibility List on this site.. It's in the support section, but I dont know if your card even has drivers for CE 2.0.. |

| It has a Prism chipset of some sort. That's a fairly generic chipset, I'd have thought I'd just install Prism (1 or 2) drivers and away I'd go... |

| IIRC, it's BKF5DNDS. |

| OK, thanks. I'll try that next time I'm at a suitable Windows machine. After that, how would I go about configuring WEP and stuff. |

Open the "Wireless Network Utility" or "PRISM Settings" in Control Panel. There's a page in that utility that allows you to enable WEP and set the encryption code. |

| In the 360lx - what kind of encryption does one get? |

| Presumably, you would be able to get WEP. I don't see any reason for it to be different. |

| If it works in the 620LX, I see no reason why it won't work in the 680.
Re: 32-bit PCMCIA
No, H/PC Pro (your 680's OS ) doesn't support 32-bit cards. Sorry. |

| I have been away for a very long time because of no problems with my 620LX. I am now having more wireless problems. I haven't done any installs or uninstalls since last time I had everything working, but now I put the card in, allow it to run on battery power, open up the Wireless Config Utility and in the Link section it says Driver Not Loaded. How would I load the driver? |
