| you can also connect through the craddle...but I warn you that you won´t enjoy very much the ride, as PIE 1.1 is quite limited. |

| Well, browsing the Internet is rather a pain on PIE 1.1 on a 2-bit grayscale device. I won't even try to browse the Web on mine - it's mostly a toy. |

| maybe browsing the internet cant be very useful:
"you can also connect through the craddle...but I warn you that you won´t enjoy very much the ride, as PIE 1.1 is quite limited."
but there´s a big diference between that and "my hpc sux".
trust-me. Im quite experienced with mobile devices, being acquainted with a good load of embedded OS´s (indeed, developing software to some of them).
My A-11 is one of the best handhelds I ever used.
Im certain Conarti$t didnt liked it becouse it is just the bare minimun for productivity. It doesnt have great "bells and whistles".
It is a "functional" handheld, not a toy. For that, I would love to have back my Nokia N-Gage. |

| That's just the point - each of us have different needs, and Conarti$t discovered that the A-10 doesn't meet his. (And when I say "it's mostly a toy," I'm referring to my own A-10 only. ) You're right - that doesn't mean that the A-10 "sux"; maybe what Conarti$t really meant to say was, "Well, the A-10 isn't working for me; I need to get another H/PC." Nothing personal for the rest of us who have A-10s. Edited by CE Geek 2006-12-06 6:38 PM

| I dunno if it'll help or not - I have one, but I never use it. (I'm not big on cradles anyway - the only one I've found helpful is the one for the HP Jornada 72x series, which provides direct USB sync support. ) |

| "cradle"="that funny serial cable" at lest in the cassiopeia context.
Ok, there is a full blown cradle, but who has it anyway? Everyone I know uses the bundled serial cable. |

| Right - that's what I have for my A-10: not a full cradle, but a little thingy (sorry for the big technical terms ) that attaches to the left side of the A-10. |
