| My NEC MP 790, desapped and Wisbar'd up.
The Wisbar skin is the Longhorn from the themes section. The Longhorn background looks great too but the blue background matches my laptop so I left it like it was. |

| I found hpcfactor from hpcnec.com not even a week ago. I'd buried my MP790 some time ago, and not dug it out in ages. Then I brought it out, put some software back on, and I'm putting it to work with me on my job (i'm a network admin ). Having a notetaker, logtracker, term svcs client, serial console, and network diagnostic tool all in one box that's instant on, has long battery life, and looks cool physically, and now looks cool on screen too!!, makes my day that much brighter.
I got Wisbar Advance working with huge thanks to CmoneX and Geared2003. I was having some trouble getting the programme working at all, then customising it with the skins. But again, with thanks to those two, I think it looks seriously cool new. And Geared2003's shell icon pack brings HPC2k back to life, in my opinion. So props to you guys, and here's to the forums for welcoming a newbie with such open arms. Truly appreciate you guys taking time and effort to help keep the HPC community alive. Cheers -
(p.s. - if anyone thinks the info i gathered from starting from scratch to getting Wisbar Adv. working on a MIPS HPC2k machine would be useful put together in one place, I'm happy to make a little how-to. )

| neomagick,
Welcome, I'm pleased to see and hear that your device is looking sharp, and has been saved from the decomissioning heap
tenjeangosi,
I thought you had my HPCEx XP Beta working on your XP PC? Anyway, I'm for some reason surprised to hear that Silver Shadow worked alright on a mono-ce2, though thinking about it I probably shouldn't be Kudos |

That would be appreciated, I've been fighting with it for the last month, admittedly not fighting too hard . |
