best image resize utility for jornada 720?

Hello, I was just wondering if there are any free or very reasonable image editors out there? I mainly just want to be able to resize digital pictures to a webready size.

Anyone any ideas?

Yes, as posted, Conduits' Pocket Artist is good but image quality suffers too much in my view. I tried the Resco Photo Viewer application and was very impressed with the result and the ease of the user interface. Both Conduits and Resco have trial version I believe, take them for a spin and see for yourself. The two products are completeley different of course, but if your main interest is cropping, resizing and viewing, I think you'll find that Resco does the job very very well.
