Executability Check is an automatic device side hex editor. You'll have to google for it.
when running set it to replace instances of voicectl.dll with voicedll.dll

Looks like rapidshare.de deleted it. I used rapidshare because the file is too large to attach to a post.

This time I'll upload it to fourms and just split the file into several pieces. Download all 9 parts, extract and Enjoy
