Hello All,
I am hearing more and more about Linux running on the Jornada. I have a 728 with Windows now, but I was told if I switched to Linux, it would have updated software. I use my Jornada for web surfing
(which is limited because not everything will appear on the page
), e-mailing and creating Word docs. And of course for playing solitaire and squares. I use the dial up and an ethernet card. Is this still possible with Linux? I have a 1 gig compact flash card. Is this big enough for Linux? And finally, where do I buy Linux for the Jornada 728 and does it come with a manual to talk me through it step by step?
Okay, you all can laugh at my questions now. lol I laugh at myself when it comes to computers, but I would really like to learn more.
Thanks!
Sincerely,
Kirby
