I'm confused about the HPC Factor support link offered:

Does the version of Windows CE Channels on the MS download page support HPC 2000, or not--e.g. for my J720?

I've already signed up for Avantgo and picked my channels...surely M$ will permit me to use the most up to date H/PC OS to use this function?!!!!!

If not, any other options--e.g. can I use the "preinstalled" version that another manufacturer other than hp supplied with their HP2000 units for CE 3.0/H/PC 2000 (if any), and where might I find such a beastie?
