I believe the first released version of PocketDOS was 1.1.

0.63 sounds like the old Dosbox...

But I could be wrong...anyways, try here: www.1800pocketpc.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2008/02/pdosbox-063.rar

Yep, Dosbox, that's what I meant! Thanks.

This is OT for the 720, but is there any Pdosbox for SH3?

Edit: Well anyway:

I've tried several old DOS programs on it, and most of them run nicely. (There are limitations on what you can run based on display resolution and sound source, though - don't bother trying an app that requires a sound card.) It seems pretty stable too. Advantages over the free pDOSBox: 1) PocketDOS can run nicely in full-screen mode; and 2) much broader compatibility among H/PCs (at least among the older versions). (Originally written for the H/PC back in the days of CE 1, it supports SH3 and MIPS as well as ARM processors, while pDOSBox 0.63 requires an ARM processor with GAPI installed to run.)

You can configure pDOSBox 0.63 to run in 640x480, BTW - it's just a matter of editing the configuration file. (Not sure yet how to make it run in full screen on a larger display. )
