OKey (the ‘O’ Key) is a small keyboard remapper daemon application which virtually remaps the keyboard key assignments on the Handheld PC. The release is intended to enable users to modify their device to support international keyboard layouts using the Roman alphabet. In addition to enabling regionalisation, the freeware utility can also be used to reconfigure the keyboard to a DVORAK layout using a provided profile, or, for British users swap the @ and “ keys back into the correct position. OKey 0.1 beta is available directly from the Damnsoft website for HPC2000 devices running StrongARM/XScale or MIPS. Damnsoft are very much interested in hearing your feedback on the program, which can be done through the H/PC Community Forums here on HPC:Factor. View: OKey Feedback & Discussion Thread View: DamnSoft
