There has been a broad discussion in the community recently with regards to establishing a dialogue with games manufacturer Hasbro. Despite the relative difficulties experienced by the community, it does seem that when they want to, Hasbro can still be quite vocal towards the Windows CE community.

In October 1999, software developer DejaVu published a Win32/WinCE clone of popular card game "Mille Bornes", a name which Hasbro have themselves protected. After years of development of the program, Hasbro, who have no mention of Mille Bornes on their hasbro.com eStore became critical of DejaVu's continued publishing of MillCE.
After a period of discussions with Hasbro, DejaVu have been forced to withdraw MillCE / Mill32 from general availability, including the provision of technical support pending a complete reissuing of the package under the new name "Right of Way 1.07".

DejaVu have been offering a transition route for all existing customers of MillCE to the new title as of the 23rd April. It is interesting to note however, that DejaVu's recent experiences prove that the Hasbro Corporation does still take an interest the Windows CE world, and are willing to enter into a dialogue with the community.
