Christian Ghisler, the visionary behind the Windows CE Explorer replacement Total Commander, reviewed here on HPC:Factor last September, has issued a public beta release of the next version of the award winning file manager application.

The preview release is available from the Ghisler support forums, and is available for ARM, MIPS, SH3 and SH4 devices. While a list of all the changes in the 2.5 beta process is too extensive to report, the highlights include an enhanced FTP module, improved registry module, extended language support and a wide range of bug fixes.
A full change-log is also available documenting Total Commander CE's full beta history.
