NS BASIC Corporation has announced the results of its 7th Programming Contest. "As expected, we received some cool entries which take advantage of the new capabilities of devices and NS Basic." stated a representitive from NS Basic's PR team. "In the past contests we have seen great improvement of entries in quality, performance and sophistication: we were not disappointed this time. The winners were very good, but some of the other entries are also worth a good look at."
The winner in the NS Basic/CE category is RMR Accounts, by RMSoft. A complete personal accounting package which includes integrated bank accounts, expenses, investments and more. The version, released in September 2006, is the first from the company to bring together all of its features in a single integrated program. The release is slated as the equal of many desktop personal accounting packages. With 38 code modules, over 1000 objects and more than 40,000 lines of code, it shows how NS Basic/CE can handle large projects.
