The Bible in the palm of your handHandheld PC News Posted 20 years ago | News | Chris Tilley 0 comments
There are a lot of Christian HPC users out there, so I thought that I'd post this. I was talking to a well-known HPC user, who was telling me how he used his HPC. He mentioned the publishing company Laridian, which I have to confess didn't ring any bells. Laridian are the publishers of PocketBible.
I've seen PocketBible mentioned many times around the various HPC download sites that exist on the internet, however had not realised that the application was still current. The PocketBible software is available in a multitude of formats and devices running CE 2.0 and above. All their Bible texts are made available cross platform for use with their reader on any compatible device. The reader software is priced at $10.00 USD (Roughly £6.70 GBP). With Biblical texts available from $9.99. There are even one or two texts available for free. A free trial of PocketBible is available to download which comes with a text for you to test the product with. For anyone who wasn't aware of the Pocket Bible publisher (like me) or who is interested in Biblical studies on their handheld PocketBible is certainly the way to go. The Laridian website can be found below. View: Laridian Posted on 26 June 2003 at 00:00By Chris Tilley (C:Amie)
