Octopus Studios continues to upgrade and refine their popular dictionary software - MDict.

Their HPC version is compatible with all Handhelds running HPC Pro, HPC 2000 or WinCE.net 4.1 (and above) operating systems. Note: WinCE.Net devices must have htmlview.dll installed in order to run MDict.

There are also a couple of new dictionary files available on their website:

Basic English-Irish Dictionary (1.0M)
English-Italian Dictionary (0.3M)

MDict 2.4 is distributed as freeware for non commercial personal use.

can anybody try it, test it for Net 4.1 add advice for instalation?
