hp updates for the 320

ce320 has discovered that there are some updates on the hp web site that will run on the Windows CE 2.0 upgraded 320lx, the 340lx as well as the 360lx. As a result, ce320 now has an official updates section for the Windows CE 2 equipped 300 series.
