SoftMaker PlanMaker

Handheld PC News

Posted 20 years ago | News | Chris Tilley 0 comments

We've been constrained for some months now from bringing you information on PlanMaker for the Handheld PC as we have been under NDA while looking at the Alpha / Beta releases for SoftMaker.

However SoftMaker yesterday officialised the existence of PlanMaker for the Handheld PC, with announcements of Public Betas for the Windows version.
Simply put PlanMaker is a desktop standard Microsoft Excel replacement for use on Mobile Devices. PlanMaker open up the Spreadsheet capabilities on the Handheld PC and raises the bar along with TextMaker - it's wordprocessor counterpart - for Handheld PC applications.

Currently the Windows beta is available to download. However public beta's will follow for Pocket PC and Handheld PC's in the coming months.
