Cambridge Computing have released an updated version of their TCP/IP network management utility vxUtil.
vxUtil is available in as freeware as vxUtil (Personal) which includes the following network utilities:

  • DNS Audit

  • DNS Lookup

  • Finger

  • Get HTML

  • Info

  • IP Subnet Calculator

  • Password Generator

  • Ping

  • Ping Sweep

  • Port Scanner

  • Quote

  • Time Service

  • Trace Route

  • Wake On LAN

  • Whois


A payware version is also available under the guide vxUtil (Corporate). The corporate version contains additional functionality for scripting operations.
vxUtil is compatible with any Windows CE device running Windows CE 2.00 and above.
