Why not? That's what started it all. Remember the first Windows CE devices were Handheld PCs. Now Windows CE is everywhere, and it's growing. Let's not forget the form factor that made it all possible.
Yeah .... maybe CE Geek. I was just thinking about the actual operating system, and remembering the monochrome only screens, and despairing. CE is much better with colour

:P Well, i would never buy a Handheld PC with a monochrome black-and-white screen because those are useless. Sadly though, most early Handheld PC's had to have monochrome screens because of battery problems.
