We have received an e-mail from eXpansys this afternoon stating that as of this afternoon they have limited stock of the MobilePro 900C.

The NEC MobilePro 900C is the only true HVGA Clamshell Handheld PC running Windows CE 4.2 .net. The device, formally released by NEC Solutions America in April last year was squarely aimed at the North American market with no plans for a European or Asian release. Following the product launch NEC have experienced repeated shipping delays. As a result stockists have had difficulty fulfilling orders. Cases have been known of users waiting longer than 6 months to receive a unit.

Update: As of 1900 GMT eXpansys UK are showing a stock level of only 10 units remaining for the imported devices. The 900C is selling for £594.98.
