Today HPCFactor.com and CE320.com are proud to announce an agreement in which user and site data will be shared, further strengthening their position as leaders in the Handheld PC community.

Chris Tilley, Founder and owner of CE320.com, and the staff of HPCFactor.com agreed in principle that their mutual user databases, software databases, review and tutorial data will be shared between the two sites, creating a unified area for users, OEMs and software publishers to find information.

The official merger of CE320.com and SimplyHPC.com, which occurred in 2002, will not be effected by this agreement. Rather, the position of both CE320.com and HPCFactor.com will only be strengthened by this unique sharing of information.

The data sharing agreement has immediate effect and will be an intimate part of HPCFactor.com’s content as the site comes online starting in March 2003.
