All Handheld PC Community Forum users should be aware that the changes advertised to the hpcBay terms, conditions and usage rules advertised at the beginning of December come into effect today.

The new rules, which can be read in full here, are designed to make the overriding set of rules covering the hpcBay buying, selling and trading area a fairer, more structured place for both buyers and sellers.
