With the generous contribution of M. Edward Wilborne, III and Pete Wilson of MEW3Soft, HPCFactor is pleased to announce the availability of Sol! CE to the community under the HPC:Factor Exemptionware license.

Sol! CE v2 computes Sun Rise, Sun Set, length of the day, length of night, start and end of Civil, Nautical and Astronomical twilight, and the length of the day and night with the twilight times added.

Significantly, the program has not been available online for many years. Thanks to HPC:Factor community member Richard Plume and the MEW3Soft team, the program is now available exclusively for download through the Software Compatibility List (SCL).

Versions for MIPS and SH3 are available to download immediately through the HPC:Factor SCL under the astronomy category.

Yes, it was me. I love astronomy programs. There are a couple more that I'm working on...

Sadly not, this was released before there were any ARM CE devices!
