Frank Garcia, lead developer at 'PC Counselor' software has very kindly offered to become the latest Handheld PC software developer to sign up to the HPC:Factor Exemptionware license.
Frank has agreed to release the acclaimed Tweaks2K2 system tweaking utility (a Windows CE equivalent of Microsoft's TweakUI for Windows 95) to the community. Formerly costing $15.50 USD, Tweaks2K2 allows you to alter the web browser user agent, view system information and apply common noteworthy performance tweaks to your Handheld PC from inside the utility. Tweaks2K2 is available for download exclusively through the HPC:Factor Software Compatibly list under the HPC:Factor Exemptionware License.
