The latest name in our series on "developers who still sell or offer their software" is Smartlink Corporation.

Smartlink Corp is a creator and distributor of multilingual and languages software. Their primary Windows CE applications are ParaWin CE, a input method editor and localisation tool for European languages.

The Pocket CONTEXT range, a suite of different English to foreign language translation and dictionary tools with French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish releases available.

Finally there is Pocket ORFO, a utility that adds additional language spell checking to the Pocket Word spell checker. Pocket ORFO is available in French, German, Russian, Spanish and Ukrainian on the Handheld PC.

Most of Smartlink's apps are available for Windows CE 2.0 and higher along with sections for Pocket PC and Palm OS.

Their very early 2000's website also appears to feature some point of sale option for Phatware's CallGrapher 6.x, which adds handwriting recognition functionality to Windows CE, so may offer a route to acquire CalliGrapher if anyone in the community is in the market.
