Description

SP TimeSync is a program with multilingual interface which lets you synchronize your computer's clock with any Internet atomic clock (time server). It uses a high-precision network time protocol (NTP) which provides accuracy of several milliseconds depending on the characteristics of the synchronization source and network paths.

System Requirements

Extract the ZIP file and copy setup.cab to the Windows CE device, and double-click the CAB file on the device to install.

Because it's not a Win32 application. It's written for mobile devices running Windows CE. Please see our home page for a description of what this site is for.

There's an x86 build if you go really far back with archive.org, but the .zip is unavailable because of a "server error". Perhaps it was archived somewhere else too?

Can you try contacting the developer via email ? It looks like they were around pretty recently. I did find a language pack set and added to the SCL
