Description

This stubbed Pocket PC port allows you to play Duke Nukem 3D (DN3D) on Arm based Windows CE devices.

This version includes the shareware GRP game and graphics file. You must purchase a licensed copy of DN3D from 3D Realms in order to play the full game.

Extract the contents of spvDuke3DSW.zip to a Storage Card e.g. Storage Card\DukeNukem3d
If you own the original copy the game and graphics file (Duke3d.grp) into the game folder (Storage Card\DukeNukem3D\Duke3d.grp)


Run spvDuke3d.exe. There's also a config file you can edit easily with Pocket Word, DUKE3D.CFG. The download includes a base config file created by community member Mackya for the Jornada 720.

Great program! Works well in full 640x240 with frame rates from 19-30 FPS. Even more smoothly at 320x240 with those nearing 50FPS.

These days GoG.com or Steam are where you will have to buy the full version of Duke Nukem 3D, but the Shareware that is included here, gives you a few great hours of gameplay.
