Tombo is a tree-view based note management program which runs on Windows and WindowsCE.

Features
- Tree-view notes management.
- File name auto generation.
- Encryption: Tombo uses the 128bit Blowfish Encryption Algorithm based on GnuPG. It is strong enough for personal use.
- Regular expression searching. Regex routines are based on the GNU Regex library. You can use almost full spec, powerful and standard regular expressions.
- For each not, you can choose to store it as plain text, or encrypted. - Plain text memos can be viewed without entering a password: you can control accessibility and safety.
- Easy operation.
- Licensed under GPL. You can use Tombo freely.

Installation Instructions

Tombo works with Windows CE 2.11 or later. (H/PC Pro, H/PC 2000, Palm-Size PC, PocketPC, PocketPC 2000, BE-300).

Although Tombo is plaintext-only and doesn't support any kind of rich formatting, it's still a very useful tool for any kind of organized writing with a good quality interface and an editor with alternative font support. Always one of the first things I install on any device.

Notes are stored in a flat-file directory structure at a user-specified location and Tombo only recognizes files in those directories with a .txt extension, a bit of a shame because it would probably be a great tool for managing simple websites and source trees too.
