Description

ONScripter

Introduction

It uniquely interprets and executes scripts written by Naoki Takahashi for his NScripter.

How to compile/start

The method for compiling and starting is as follows.
However, default.ttf, script, and archive must be present in the location where onscripter is executed.
For more information, please refer to the included www/onscripter.html.

For Linux, FreeBSD, Solaris
$ make -f Makefile.Linux
$onscripter

For Windows (at a DOS prompt)
$ libjpeg 6b, bzip2, Modify Makefile.Win to match SDL and SMPEG installation locations
$ nmake -f Makefile.Win
$onscripter.exe

For MacOS
$ make -f Makefile.MacOSX
$onscripter

For Zaurus (SL-5500, SL-A300, SL-B500, SL-C700)
Cross-compile on another machine (Linux etc.)
$ make -f Makefile.ARMLinux
Run from Qtopia on Zaurus
$onscripter

For other platforms, create Makefile.### using Makefile.Linux as a template.

ONScripter automatically loads 0.txt or nscript.dat in the current directory, and accordingly loads arc.sar or arc.nsa in the current directory.
