Maybe the best Japanese-English dictionary program for EPWING files. The free version works fine and is worth checking out. The pro version provides additional search power that is absolutely worth the few dollars it costs.

There are versions for your iPhone, Andriod, Mac and Windows PC too. That makes your EPWING dictionaries cross-platform.

On the downside, I suppose the UI could be updated but since Pocket PC devices are low resolution, maybe not.

EPWING is a bit clunky and I don't know how many dictionaries are still sold in this format.

Oh, we use this on a Dell Axim x51v (WM 6.1). I can't recall any issues ever.
