JFDict 2.0 is a free and open source electronic dictionary software running on Windows CE system.

Main features of the software:

Use compressed thesaurus files to take up less space.
Support word pronunciation (synthesize speech output with the international phonetic symbol of the word).
Supports displaying word explanations in multiple colors and fonts.
Support for changing the output style of word explanations by modifying the XSL style sheet.
Support Handheld PC, Palm-size PC, Pocket PC system.
