What all data can be stored about the patient?
For each patient, daily readings can be stored for maximum body temperature, pulse, and respiration, BP, PO etc. A list of things to be done for each patient can be added with date in ToDo. Readings of the tests customized for each patient can be stored along with the date. You can store history of patient along with personal data

How many patient records can be stored?
Any number of patient records can be added, depending on the available space in your device .

How can the tests be customized?
Tests can be customized for each patient separately. The tests to be done for each patient can be entered. Readings about these tests can be entered with date as and when the tests are done .

What all devices is the application available for?
The present version of Patient Log is available for

Palm III and Palm V palmtops using PalmOS.
Windows CE/MIPS 2.01 (Palmtop).
Windows CE/MIPS 2.11 (Palmtop).
Windows CE/ARM 2.11 (Handheld Pro).

Is there any functional difference between trial and registered versions?

There is no difference in the functionalities of trial and registered versions, except for the Registration form that appears every time you open the application, and the 30 day expiry period in trial version.

Installation Instructions

First download the software (either zip or exe file) from our site. If you have downloaded zip file correctly, then unzip that file using WinZip application. If you have downloaded exe file then double click on the file in Windows Explorer. A directory PatientLog will be created on C drive of your computer. In any case, connect Windows CE device to your desktop computer through cable, before application installation. Among unzipped files, you will find the file named Setup.exe. Double click on Setup.exe file and follow the instructions to install PatientLog on your Windows CE device.

How to Register PatientLog?

Once you purchase the software, you are given registration key that works in conjunction with your first name and last name. The only thing you need to do is to enter the Registration Key in the Registration form that appears every time you open the application. Fill in the First Name, Last name and the registration Key that has been provided to you in the Registration form, tap on "Register" button, and you have registered the software. You would not see the Registration form again after you register.
