MEMZ for Windows CE

The famous virus, "MEMZ" imitation, was made for CE.
It makes the device quite heavy. Execution is at your own risk.

- Like a real MEMZ, it does not permanently damage things such as rewriting the boot loader or writing to the disk. Even if it freezes, a reset will fix it.

Maybe I should implement NyanCat too...

It seems to work with all Brains and Sigmarion3.
However, the speed will vary from machine to machine.
