Description

HPC NetProfile is a network utility program that allows a user to create multiple TCP/IP network profiles for each installed network adapter. This product was designed for Microsoft Windows-powered Pocket PCs, Palm-Size PCs, and Handheld PCs, permitting easy access to the Internet when traveling. With HPC NetProfile, it is no longer necessary to manually change network settings every time you change location. If you work in the IS department or you use a H/PC to access LAN or WAN in more than one location, this product is for you.

Microsoft Windows-powered Pocket PC Handheld PC or Palm-Size PC.
Microsoft Windows CE 2.0 or later.
Desktop computer running Windows NT or Windows 9X OS is required for installation.
Properly installed Windows CE-compatible network PCMCIA card such as NE2000 or PROXIM.
65KB storage space for SH3-based or MIPS-based Handheld PC.
100KB of free program memory required to run the application.
Installation Instructions

To install NetProfile on you computer:

Download and copy HPC NetProfile installation program (hpcnetprofile.exe) into a temporary directory onto your desktop computer.
Connect your mobile device to the desktop computer and establish a secure connection.
Run hpcnetprofile.exe installation program on the desktop computer.
Follow the on-screen installation instructions to install HPC NetProfile on mobile device.
By default, HPC NetProfile will be installed in the \Program Files\Accessories folder on the mobile device. Shortcuts will be created in the \Windows\Programs\Accessories folder, and on the desktop. To run HPC NetProfile, double-click on the HPC NetProfile icon. If you remove HPC NetProfile shortcut from the mobile device's desktop, you can run the application using the Start -> Programs -> Accessories menu.
